Convenient identification

Any identification method is supported in Sigur. You can choose any that is most suitable for you or combine several depending on the specifics of your business and the required level of security.

For example, you can use a smartphone as a convenient way to organize access to internal areas: devices are rarely forgotten and lost, unlike cards, they are not passed on to others. And in premises such as a warehouse or a laundry it is possible to organize hands-free access: that is, an employee does not have to take a smartphone out of his pocket and swipe it to the reader - the door will open automatically. The range can be adjusted depending on the room configuration and security requirements.

An employee of third-party contractors will also be able to use a smartphone as a pass. As an additional advantage, your security service will be able to remotely send a one-time identifier each time, which will be tied to the smartphone of a specific employee. Or, for example, organize the access of employees (as well as third-party personnel) to the administrative area using face recognition: this is convenient, technological and modern way of identification.

Access control & parking management

As a rule, in hotels or restaurants it is required to restrict the access of visitors to office premises, as well as to service areas (solarium, gym, etc.), as well as to restrict the access of contractors' personnel to those premises where they do not need to get.

All these tasks are easy to solve in Sigur. To do this, you need to divide the facility into zones limited by access points, and set up access rules for users or user groups to these zones (you can restrict access by the same logic to elevators, for example).

Presence readers

It is standard practice for hotels to use presence readers to automatically control room power. Such readers make it possible to determine the presence or absence of a valid card in the field of their action. Accordingly, if the card is not inserted into a special pocket, the number is automatically de-energized.

Also you can manage parking lots for customers, employees and the entrance of contractors' vehicles as part of a single access system. Supports the management of any obstructing devices - barriers, gates or bollards. At the same time, in Sigur you can set quotas for a certain number of parking lots for different groups of visitors (guests, customers, employees).

For greater ease of navigation and movement inside the parking lot in Sigur, you can use traffic lights, signs or information LED-boards showing the number of free lot in a particular zone.

Time & attendance

The data collected by the access system can be used to calculate attendance: both for employees and contractors.

Sigur supports schedules of any complexity with various algorithms for calculating attendance hours, so for each of the groups of employees of the company you can create a schedule that fully meets the specifics of its work.

Multipurpose security system

Sigur is integrated with dozens of video surveillance systems (and simply IP cameras), security and fire alarm systems.

The integrated solution allows you to more conveniently monitor the situation at the facility and the area around it, as well as respond more quickly to any incidents, which is especially important for companies with a large number of people or storage of goods (shops, warehouses, etc.).

Also you can configure various automatic reactions of one of the systems to events in the other: for example, Sigur automatically unlocks doors and turnstiles for evacuation in the case of a fire alarm.

Evacuation report
