Sigur, together with the Yandex Tickets service, implemented an integration that allows visitors to organize automatic access to various events: conferences, exhibitions, concerts, festivals, sports and other events.
The access control system at events allows not only to ensure the necessary level of security for visitors and staff, but also to restrict access to certain areas, control the number of people at the event, and prevent unauthorized passage. In addition, ACS can be used to collect information about participants and conduct surveys necessary to improve the organization in the future.
Event venues are often equipped with an access control system and require manual synchronization of ticket information, which is quite difficult for staff to administer.
For the convenience of users, Yandex, together with Sigur, implemented an integration that allows automatic ticket checking.
Tickets purchased through the online service Yandex Tickets or offline cashiers are synchronized to the server Sigur. This allows users to identify the visitor and avoid situations where several guests pass with one ticket.
Yandex is our long-term partner with whom we have implemented more than one joint project.
Integration with the Yandex Tickets service will become an obvious advantage for users. On the one hand, this will allow avoiding the cost of in-house development team. On the other hand the solution simplifies the implementation of integration due to Yandex's cooperation with a large number of ticketing platforms.
